Mystery checking. Anonymous testing of a product and / or service. For some managers, the sheer horror. For me, the most effective way to define a quality level and to check whether a company complies with the self-proclaimed standards (if there are any!).
As a service expert, I take a close look at every single product and service during my Mystery Checks, document meticulously on a comprehensive checklist, take pictures and also show the first suggestions for improvement.
In the end, you as the customer will not only receive the checklist, but also a written summary of the best and worst experiences as well as, if requested, elaborated solutions.
Then I also support you in the development and implementation of new processes and in the training of the employees.
